Healing to Hope is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes, as expressed in our bylaws and registration with the state of Minnesota as of July 2, 2024. We have submitted Form 1023, the Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and we are currently waiting for our IRS determination letter to affirm our charity status. Please note that until our application is approved by the IRS, any donation made to Healing to Hope will not be tax deductible. Once our application is accepted, all donations will become retroactively tax deductible.
